Today is supposedly the 1st day of Spring. Ironically, here that means there is snow on the ground and there were additional flurries today, not to mention a morning temperature of -8 with the windchill. Earmuffs and mitts were still in full force today. Spring does not feel so spring-ish.
But, alas, the temps have nowhere to go but up from here on in. Keep on the sunny side, always on the sunny side, I say!
So I hereby declare the cold season as finito and a new warmer, brighter, and optimistic season as commenced. With a whole lot of new life to come, in more ways than one for moi!
