Probably one of my favorite parts about going to Croatia, is the pizza. It might seem a trivial thing to have at the top of my favorites list, but by God it just tastes so damn good. I am a pizza lover through and through, and by far there is no better pizza than a European thin crusted Margherita. No contest. And the best I’ve had in Croatia just happens to be in Jakisnica at Bistro Mali. It is a soppy floppy thin crusted mess, but it oozes into your tastebuds and melts into your deliriously overjoyed mouth.
